Post Jam Touch-Ups

Wow, there's chill music (made by myself to fill the gaps in audio). I also added some progression sound effects.
For some much needed juice, I threw in sparkly particles and a "shake" effect to the level progress when you succeed or fail.

Fixes:
- repetition per cat is now limited to 2 (gotta share the love <3)
- rotation is now always locked to 45 degree angles, no matter how quickly the cats are patted!
